Ward Bukofsky
COO
NorthStar Life Services
As both micro and macro market dynamics impact the growth and maturation of the life settlement market, value-added servicing has become increasingly important to achieving or exceeding expected investment results. Whether in front end due diligence or ongoing management, professional, comprehensive asset servicing is a must for the sophisticated investor. Ward Bukofsky, COO of NorthStar Life Services, LLC will distinguish between routine servicing functions and value-added functions, and examine how the latter can significantly improve the IRR of a portfolio. He'll describe the critical components of comprehensive servicing and expose the dangers of the "do it yourself" approach. NorthStar, its affiliates and predecessors have acquired and/or managed in excess of $10 billion of face with a cohesive team of professionals.
This session is a must see for any investor or portfolio owner!
